Thirty requisition forms for fuel, food and supplies.
The requisitions are on white and pink New Zealand Railways printed forms and are dated 8 and 9 February 1931. The pink copies are the duplicate copy. Some forms are blank. The forms are addressed to: Shell Company, Napier, Stephenson Trading Company, Napier Dairy Company, Aard Bowser, Major Nicols, W H Shearer and R Holt and Sons. Two forms are marked as cancelled.
