Brief Description
A memorandum from the Earthquake Relief committee at Tiffen Park House to Mr A Hobson, the food controller at the Barrack's building in Kennedy Road, Napier. The memorandum is dated 9 March 1931
The memorandum is signed on behalf of the secretary of the Earthquake Relief committee, surname Douglas.
