A memorandum from the Earthquake Relief Committee at Tiffen Park House to Mr A Hobson, the food controller at the Barrack's building in Kennedy Road, Napier. The memorandum is dated 2 March 1931.

Memorandum is signed on behalf of the secretary of the Earthquake Relief committee, surname Douglas. The subject is regarding claims against the food controller's department.
