Subdivision thereof, Papakura, Meeanee, the property of the Hon H R Russell. Six chains to the inch.
Land to be offered at auction at the Criterion Hotel on Saturday, September 27 1879. M R Miller - Auctioneer. The land for sale is situated North East of the Tutaekuri - Waimate Stream and the road to Napier. The homestead is noted on lot 22, at 41 acres land area, bordering Mr Grant's land.
A newspaper clipping is attached noting the purchasers of sections and how much they paid:
C Kennedy - Lot 20, 10 acres at £27 per acre.
J Bennett - Lot 8, 12 acres at £ 21 per acre.
H Williams - Lots 11, 12 and 1, 15 acres each at £24 per acre.
