a) Plan of subdivisions of sections 45, 46 and 47 - Papakura. The property of Jon Parsons Esq, is to be auctioned Tuesday June 6 1882 - Edward Lyndon is to be the Auctioneer. Showing land lots, area sizes around the Waimate Stream and the road to Taradale and Napier. Jon Orr's land is on lot 44.
b) Plan of suburban sections 44 and 47, West Clive. Four chains to the inch. One land lot is shown bordering the Tukituki River. Grange House is noted at the South end.
