Four separate inset plans which are to be offered at public auction at Napier on Wednesday January 14 - Baker & Tabuteau - Auctioneers. The land for sale is situated around four local areas of Napier:
1) Plan of Napier town section 527, around Bridge Street, Ossian Street, Collin Street and Lucknow Street. The police station is shown on Collis Street and E G Smith has property fronting Bridge Street.
2) Plan of Napier Sections 31, 32 and 33 around Hyderabad Road and Norton Street. C T Williams' property adjoins sections for sale.
3) Plan of subdivision of Napier section 376, around Raffles Street, Bower Street, Dalton Street and Hastings street.
4) Plan of 8 3/4 perches, part of section 55, Napier, around Battery Road and Shakespeare Road. Gifford Ploughman & Co have a property fronting Battery Road.
