To be offered at public auction at Napier on Monday November 2, 1896 - C B Hoadley & Co - Auctioneers. The land for sale is situated around Tukituki River, Maraetotara River and the Napier Waimarama road. Numerous lots for sale border the Clifton Estate, to the West and the river to the East. J Chambers and G P Donnelly own land at the South end of the lots for sale. Clive Grange Estate is to the North West and the Tukituki Estate homestead site is located bordering the the river. A proposed road is noted, which is the present bridle track.
