Brief Description
A two page letter to the director of transport at Shortlands building in Napier from the chairman of the Napier Citizens' Control Committee, W Harvey.
The letter on Napier Citizens' Control Committee letterhead, is dated 25 February, 1931 and is regarding accounts to be prepared and despatched to firms, departments and individuals, in order to reconcile the liabilities of the committee and recover payments for services rendered.
