Brief Description
Plan of Woodville township land for sale.
Subdivisions of sections 107 to 123, consisting of 400 acres subdivided.

Land is to be sold by public auction at the Criterion Hotel, Napier on Friday March 25, 1887 - Banner & Liddle are to be the auctioneers, under the instructions of Horace Baker Esq.

Shows land lots, area sizes and roads situated partly within the town board district, around Ormond Road, Bloomfield Road, the railway line and railway station and the Mangatua River.

A house noted as being the Chinamen's house borders Adrian Street and the river. Carlile's house is noted near Ormond Road. Included is an extract from the Woodville Examiner, August 3 1886, waxing lyrical on the virtues of Woodville.
