Brief Description
Plan of Hawke's Bay Land District No 33.
Blocks II, III, IV, VII and VIII.

Rural lands open for sale or selection. Applications to be at the district land & survey office by Wednesday November 1, 1893.

The land consists of second class surveyed land of 6,976 acres around Matawai Road, Hangaroa Village and Hangaroa River. James Faulkner owns land bordering the lots for sale at the Northern end and Ralph St Ledger has land on run No 50 at the Southern end.

Three inset maps show the other areas where the land is available:
Edith McQuarters and Malcolm McInnes own land bordering block No 4 in the Nuhaka SD area. W & N Beamish's land borders other land in the Mohaka District.

A locality map shows the area to be around the Gisborne, Mohaka and Mahia region.
