Plan of the land for sale which was owned by the Wellington & Manawatu Railway Company Ltd.
To be auctioned at the Exchange Land & Mercantile Auction rooms - Manners Street on Friday February, 1888 - T Kennedy MacDonald & Co are to be the auctioneers. The land consists of agricultural and pastoral land, of some 5,500 acres.
Shows land lots, surveyed land, area sizes around Waitohu SD, Ohau station, the Wellington to Manawatu railway line, the township of Manakau, Pukeatua and Waiopehu SD.
A locality map is shown noting the general area to be between Otaki and Levin.
