Land lots are to be sold by public auction at Hawke's Bay Land Auction Mart at Napier, November 7, 1888 - C B Hoadley & Co in conjunction with Horace Baker- Auctioneers.
Shows land lots, area sizes around Karamu, the old bed of the Ngaruroro River, Napier - Hastings railway line. J N Williams, Nelson brothers own land adjoining the lots for sale to the West. Waipatu is noted at the South end. A locality plan is included showing the area to be at Tomoana, bordering the Ngaruroro River.
