Brief Description
An urgent telegram sent from Kaiwarawara by S W Bradley, to the officer in charge of transport in Napier. The sender advises that he is available immediately for work and is able to supply references. He requests a reply to be sent to Paekakariki. A handwritten annotation indicates he received a reply. References are made in the telegram to Harold Walker; Public Works and Caterpilliar [sic] tractor driver.

The telegram is handwritten on a printed New Zealand Post Office Telegraphs form and has a Napier postmark dated 11 February 1931.
