Shows land lots, area sizes around Clyde Road, Onslow Road, Brewster Street, Shakespeare Road. The main dwelling, with stable and conservatory are on the corner of Onslow Road and Clyde Road which borders W Tait's property.
E W Knowles has land adjoining lots for sale and Brewster Street. J P Hamilton & J Dinwiddie are neighbours on Brewster street.
The Empire Hotel and Occidental Hotel are noted on th corner of Brewster Street and Shakespeare Road, and the Clarendon Hotel is shown at the bottom of Shakespeare Road on the corner of Browning Street.
