Land lots are to be sold by public auction in Napier on Thursday December 6, 1888 - C B Hoadley & Co are to be the Auctioneers.
Shows land lots, area sizes around the Tukituki River, Ngaruroro River, Clive Township. Ruddock's Hotel is noted just near the Farndon bridge and the ferry crossing point can be seen North of the hotel.
