Shows land lots, area sizes around Station Street, Munroe Street and Thackeray Street. The Terminus Hotel is noted near the railway station on Station Street, which is adjacent to Davidson & Irvine & Co.

The Temperance Hotel is noted on Thackeray Street, by Clive Square.
