Brief Description
A telegram sent by Sandford of Sandford and Marsden in New Plymouth to the Transport Department in Napier after the 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake.
The telegram requests a permit to visit Napier to view damaged buildings for Taylor, an architect, and for building contractors Sandford and Marsden.
