Sections are to be sold at public auction by Banner & Liddle, in conjunction with Baker & Tabuteau - Auctioneers, on Wednesday December 12, 1888.
Petane is regarded as the only healthy locality in which the suburbs of Napier can extend. Shows land lots with area sizes around the Wairo road, Terrace Road and the Napier - Taupo road.
Major Richardson has adjoining property by the Esk River.
John Begg Esq has property adjoining land lots by Racecourse Road, and there is a racecourse noted next to racecourse Road and Sheehan Street.
