Brief Description
Three invoices on a printed company form from the Hawke's Bay Transport Company for the cartage of goods between 7 February and 17 February 1931 in the aftermath of the Hawke's Bay earthquake.
The invoices list the name and number of the vehicle and the charge per hour or per day for its use. Also listed is the date, the purpose, hours in use, and the cost of the vehicle. Written annotations show which department is to be charged for the service. The front invoice lists a summary and total charge for all invoices. Handwritten in pencil across the front invoice is the word: Cancelled.
