A handwritten letter from W J Wilson to the mayor of Napier City Council extending sympathy on the loss of the city following the 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake.
He also writes with an offer of the services of his truck should it be required and requests a reply and information regarding the price per hour for the truck.
