A handwritten meat summary, delivery order and receipts for mutton, beef and offal dated 26 February 1931.
Attached to the summary is a blue delivery order from the Hawke's Bay Farmers' Meat Company Limited at Whakatu addressed to Mr D MacErlich for the delivery of goods to the Napier Food Control Committee in Napier. Includes sixteen receipts addressed to Inspector Thompson requesting him to receive the listed goods from the places specified. Each receipt is numbered and some are shown as having been invoiced. The delivery note is signed by Herries and the receipts by McLean or T Redward.
