Brief Description

Six typed invoices on printed forms from wholesale merchants, the Stephenson Trading Company Limited, to the Napier Food Control Committee, for the supply of provisions. The invoices are dated 3,10, 14, 16 and 19 February 1931.

Each invoice lists the goods supplied, the cost, to whom or where the goods were supplied and the terms and conditions of payment. One invoice has two requisition forms and one written on a New Zealand Railways form numbered RB17.

One requisition is written on a scrap of cardboard. Three requisitions are written on Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board forms. All invoices are stamped and initialled as correct with the goods having been received. The invoices are numbered 3622, 3623, 3625/6, 3627, 3628 and 3629. Supplies are listed as being delivered to the Artillery Barracks and to Mr Munro of the Chemists Dressing Station or supplied to Mr Munro for the hospital.
