Brief Description
The plan is of the Burnside farm settlement which is close to the Takapau township and the Hatuma settlement. The estate has been cut up into 49 first class grazing land sections varying from 100 to 500 acres. The plan advertises that the land is being valued by Ewan A Campbell of Wanganui and will be open for selection on 1 June 1901. H Speedy is an adjoining land owner. The Land Agents are New Zealand Loan & Mercantile Limited.
