Brief Description
The Napier district plan of developments was proposed by George Nelson in 1922. The plan shows the area from Napier, Awatoto and Farndon. The Tutaekuri and Ngaruroro rivers begin at the confluence at Waiohiki and the proposed outfall is to be at Taumatua near Farndon.
