Brief Description
Requisition for food and supplies, 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake.
A requisition for food and supplies on a Hawke's Bay Electric-Power Board Requisition to Stores form, numbered 715. The requisition states that the extra supplies of bread requested, are in addition to the previous day's order. Listed below the additional request is another list of required food and supplies. The requisition states that it was sent at 8.10pm.
An encircled set of numbers has been initialled, and a further annotation is from Jenkins for the quartermaster at Nelson Park. The back of the forms shows that the requisition was urgent and was sent to the quartermaster of the military camp.
