Food and supplies requisitions for the Port School Cookhouse used during the 1931 Hawke's Bay Earthquake.
Four requisitions from the Port School Cookhouse. Three requisitions are to the Central Food Depot and have identification numbers. They are signed by the officer-in-charge, Jack Doyle, and are on lined, printed and numbered forms from David S Laing and Son Limited. Form number 3108 has an extra requisition sheet attached to it.
One requisition is on an printed form, DTP 8509.
The requisition on form number 3106 asks for the supplies to be delivered no later than 9:30am.
The requisition on form number 3108 states that it is for delivery on 25 February 1931 at 8:30am and has the word Wednesday handwritten at the bottom of the form.
The requisition on form number 3112 has the word Thursday handwritten at the bottom of the form.
The printed order form asks for the supplies to be forwarded to the Port School Cook House.
