Food and supplies requisitions attributed to C R Gardiner used during the 1931 Hawke's Bay Earthquake.
Five food and supply requisitions signed by C R Gardiner at the Westshore Depot. The requisitions are dated 14, 19, 20 and 21 February, 1931. One sheet is undated. Sheet 494 lists the number of people to be supplied as 229 adults, 69 children and also 25 Māori en route to Tongoio. Sheet 54 includes a bottle of brandy for the medical stores.
