Eight fuel requisitions dated 2 March 1931. A requisition to the Transport Department on an On His Majesty's Service envelope. Earthquake Relief Committee, Hastings is printed in the bottom left corner. The requisition is to supply Inspector Fear with fuel. It is stamped and signed by E A Williams, as For and on behalf of the Citizens Control Committee. Another name is also listed but is illegible and may be Fred Shore.
Three requisitions on Napier Borough Council Requisition forms numbered 4937, 4936 and 4941. All are to supply fuel to the Water and Drainage Department. Number 4937 is to AAPW and number 4936 is to AARD. The requisitions are signed by C Findlay.
Two requisitions on Napier Citizens Control Committee Headquarters paper, to supply fuel to the Waterworks lorry and the Clothing Depot. One is numbered 268 and the other 266. Both are signed by S P Spiller.
Two requisitions on Napier Municipal Electricity Department Order Forms numbered 36 and 37. Both are to supply fuel to Mahony's lorry. On one form the name is written as Mahoney. The requisitions are signed by J P Woodson.
