Eight fuel requisitions with a note attached to all forms dated 28 February.
Two are written on the reverse side of a form from the Municipal Reconstruction Department regarding reconnection of electrical supplies. Both are to the Transport Department from the Napier Citizens Control Committee. One is for the supply of fuel to Mr Westerholm for the purpose of house inspection and is signed on behalf of Mr A E Williams. The other is for the supply of fuel to Mr A E Williams and is signed by J Coddington and E A Williams. Both are stamped and signed as For and on behalf of the Citizens Control Committee.
A requisition written on graph paper to the Transport Department from the Nelson Park Dressing Station for the supply of fuel to Mr Con Gordon. The requisition is signed by J P F Waters, GMO.
A requisition written on an On His Majesty's Service envelope for the supply of fuel to Inspector Fear. At the bottom left is printed Earthquake Relief Committee, Napier. It is stamped and signed by E A Williams, as For and on behalf of the Citizens Control Committee.
Two fuel requisitions on Napier Borough Council Requisition forms numbered 4931 and 4930. Both are signed by C Findlay and are to the Motor Transport Department for the supply of fuel to the Water and Drainage Department.
One requisition numbered 256, to Stewart Nash Motors, on Napier Citizens Control Committee letterhead, for the supply of fuel to Captain Ross of the Red Cross Department. The form is signed by S P Spiller.
One requisition on a Napier Municipal Electricity Department order form numbered 35, to the Transport Committee for the supply of fuel for Mahoney's [sic] lorry. The requisition is signed by J P Woodson.
