Brief Description
Fuel requisitions from F G Smith and A M Oliver used during the 1931 Hawke's Bay Earthquake.
Four requisitions for fuel for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals dated 12, 13 and 17 February 1931. One requisition is undated. The requisitions are written on two Public Works Department Works Requisition forms numbered PWS 54, Napier Borough Council License to Drive Motor-Vehicle form numbered 1901 and a handwritten requisition on blank paper. The forms are signed by F G Smith, on behalf of A M Oliver, T F Telford of the Ministry of Health District Office, and B B Creagh. Three requisitions are to supply Mr J Henry, also known as Inspector Henry, Wellington.
