Brief Description
Fuel requisitions from F W Moor and the Ministry of Health used during the 1931 Hawke's Bay Earthquake.

A batch of fuel requisitions from the Department of Health, Napier Field Hospital on requisition and stores issue sheet number HS 5 dated between 5 and 12 February 1931. Some of the requisitions are undated while some have annotations on the reverse relating to fuel. The requisitions state the type and amount of fuel supplied, who it was supplied to and for what purpose. Attached to the requisitions is a note which reads: W B Andersons account, 1st Invoice, Hospital Dockets x File number 2.

The requisitions have been signed by several different people on behalf of F W Moor including Mr C Clark, E Rees, P Theakstone, A J Kelly, B P Colvin and M L Smith. Some signatures are illegible.
