A batch of fuel requisition forms with multiple letterheads. The fuel requisitions are required for a variety of purposes including refugees, food deliveries, religion, medical services, the Bulletin, education and funeral services.
Included is a requisition from Captain E M Finlayson, the Officer in Charge of transport at Nelson Park Camp dated 15 February 1931 to AARD Service Station requesting that any cars bearing MAA Relief which are evacuating emergencies that night to be supplied with the requisite fuel.
Three requisitions are on New Zealand Railways, Maintenance Branch forms from Mr R B Bagge, District Engineer at Thorndon Station, Wellington.
