Brief Description
A batch of twenty-seven fuel requisitions to AARD bowser used during the 1931 Hawke's Bay Earthquake.
Eighteen requisitions are on Hawke's Bay Harbour Board Requisition to Stores serial numbered forms and nine are on Napier Food Control Committee forms. Attached to the requisitions is a note which reads: W B Anderson's account 1st Invoice. Chits by Food Control x File 2. The forms are signed by either H E Edgley, secretary of the Napier Food Control Committee or L Stephenson. Some forms have inscriptions and numbers on the back of the form and some forms list the purpose of the fuel requirements.
