The forms are signed by F G Smith In receipt of the supplies are: New Zealand Express Company, Wellington; H Armitage, Milton Terrace; Overseer Neill; Reverend W J Durrad of Featherston and E J Anderson. One name is illegible and others may have been spelt incorrectly. One form lists New Zealand Express driver P H Coley.
