Four fuel requisitions authorised by A M Oliver written on Napier Borough Council License to Drive Motor-Vehicle serially numbered forms. Those in receipt of the fuel are L P Amner and Mr J Graham for the Young Men's Christian Association, Mr R Player for Relief and Mr E A Williams for Public Works Department Reconstruction. All forms state that the charges are to be made to the New Zealand Government.
