Requisitions forms for food and supplies produced by the Napier Harbour Board and used during the 1931 Hawke's Bay Earthquake. Dated 13 to 27 February 1931.
Nine requisition forms for food and supplies for the Harbour Board Cook Shop, handwritten on Napier Harbour Board forms. The form requests the supply of the listed articles with the charge to be made to the Harbour Board account. The forms are serially numbered. All are to the Officer in Charge of the Central Food Depot, Napier and are signed and countersigned. Each form has also been given another identification number.
