Sixteen goods delivery notes on duplicate copy New Zealand Railways form G63A. The forms are numbered 8452 and each has a serial number. All are dated 10 February 1931.

Legible are: Hawke's Bay Farmers Co-operative; McGlashans Limited; Humphries Grocery; K R Fanning; W Strothers; Yates Cash Stores; Johnston and Hinton; Captain Smith; L A Cash and Robjohns Hindmarsh. Four deliveries are for Putorino. On all forms, Relief Committee is written underneath the names of the recipients. One form is signed Major Walls.
