Brief Description
Eleven requisitions for food and supplies for Avon House; Awatoto; Druzianic Awatoto; Guppy's Camp and Meeanee Camp. The forms are signed by either A R Ross, S B Gee and F C Hay for the Hawke's Bay Rivers Board:
a) Form 230 dated 14 February 1931, food and supplies for Awatoto. Included in the supplies list is a request for six horse brushes and six curry combs and benzine drums or tanks required for water for horses. There is a small drawing sketched on the reverse side.
b) Form 241 dated 14 February 1931, food for Awatoto.
c) Form 251 dated 14 February 1931, food for Avon House.
d) Order form 7 dated 19 February for the supply of food.
e) Order form 23 date stamped 19 February 1931, food and supplies for Druzianic Awatoto.
f) Order form 30 date stamped 19 February 1931, for loaves for Meeanee Camp. The names Scullin and a signature, R Lanning are also mentioned on the form.
g) Order form 34 date stamped 20 February 1931, for loaves for Guppy's camp.
h) Order form 38 date stamped 20 February 1931, for food for Druzianic.
i) Order form 43 dated stamped 21 February 1931, for loaves for Meeanee Camp.
