Brief Description
Nineteen works requisitions, original, duplicate or triplicate forms, to AAPW, for benzine and oil supplies, written on Public Works Department Works Requisition form PWS 54. The forms are dated between 13 and 20 February 1931. Attached to the orders is a Napier Citizens' Control Committee Registration card which has, on the reverse side, been used to write a list of figures totalling ten pounds seven shillings.

In receipt of the supplies are: H Williams, Port Ahuriri; Williams and Kettle; Hawke's Bay Transport; Cincotta, for Health Department; T Bishop, Clive; H Presling; C F Marra; Robjohn Hindmarsh; A Laurensen; A Clegg; and A Greenfield. The requisitions are signed by F G Smith, B B Creagh. Two have illegible signatures.
