A requisition for fuel to the Shell Company for the supply of four gallons of Shell to I Cameron and dated 13 February 1931. The order is on a printed Napier Borough Council form License to Drive Motor-Vehicle, serial number 1847. Inscribed at the bottom left of the order are the words Meat Supply. The order is signed by A M Oliver.
