Requisitions and a summary of meat supplies found grouped together by date:
A meat delivery to the Napier Food Control Committee on 25 February 1931 on a Hawke's Bay Meat Farmers Meat Company Limited , Whakatu, Delivery form, No 4843. The signature is unclear but may be E Herries.
One handwritten half and full page, listing a summary of meat supplies of mutton, beef and sundries, and a note of supplies in store on February 25.
Twenty-one forms dated 25 February 1931 requesting Inspector Thompson to please receive from the persons listed in good order and condition the undermentioned goods, being meat supplies. Each form has a serial number and is signed by either T Redward or McLean:
Carlyle Street; Nelson Park; Mellor & Son; Port Cook House; Post & Telegraph; Police Station; Shortlands; Westshore Depot; Hawke's Bay River Board; Harbour Board; Hastings Street School; Hospital Greenmeadows; Mellor & Son; Railway Library; Terminus Hotel; K Watson and Battery. No 57 has the word Invoiced inscribed in red pencil.
