A list of requisitions and meat summaries found grouped together:
A meat delivery on a Hawke's Bay Farmers Meat Company Limited delivery note No 4832 dated 19 February 1931 and addressed to the Napier Food Control Committee. The form is signed by Jas Hellyer.
One typed page entitled Meat Analysis 19 February 1931 lists the stocks of mutton, lamb and beef including kidneys.
A one page handwritten list of mutton, lamb, beef and kidneys.
Two handwritten pages entitled Meat Summary 19 February 1931 and a separate handwritten note dated February 19 notes how many sheep and beef bodies are in store.
Twenty-five requisition forms for the supply of meat. Two of the forms are dated 18 February 1931 and twenty-three forms are dated 19 February 1931. The requisitions forms are all addressed as being to Inspector Thompson and asks that he supplies the persons listed with the specified meat. Each form has a serial number and the signatories to whom the accounts are to be charged are either T Redward or McLean.
