Fuel requisitions post 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake, signed by A H Hyde, F G Smith, B B Creagh and others.
Thirty-four requisition forms for fuel issued in the days following the 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake. The requisitions are on the Public Works Department form PWS 54 and are written on either the Stores Officer's original receipt, the District Storekeeper's duplicate copy or the triplicate copy which was to remain in the book. One form is undated and the rest are dated between 16 and 23 February 1931.
