Requisitions for meal tickets, post 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake.

Seven letters and forms requesting the supply of meal tickets.

To: Napier Citizens Control Committee, dated 19 February 1931, from Carlile, McLean, Scannell and Wood, for the supply of 100 meal tickets.

To: Relief Depot, dated 26 February 1931, from Henry Williams and Sons Limited, for the supply of one dozen tickets to Presling. The signature is illegible.

To: Relief Committee, dated 26 February 1931, from the New Zealand Shipping Company Limited, for the supply of 100 meal tickets with the account requested as soon as possible. The signature is illegible.

To: Napier Citizens' Control Committee, dated 20 February 1931, from the Hastings Street School and stamped YMCA. The four meal tickets requested are for YMCA runners engaged in enquiry work for missing friends. The signature is illegible, possibly Miller.

To: Officer-in-Charge, Meal Distribution Tickets, dated 20 February 1931, from the Napier Borough Council Town Clerk's office, for 1000 meal tickets with the charge to the Napier Borough Council. Signed by the Town Clerk, surname Dick.

To: Officer, Child Welfare Department, dated 24 February 1931, from the Police Station, Napier, for meal tickets for Eric Guy Whilson [sic]; Wally J Gedge; Joseph Scarlett; Ian, surname illegible; Cyril Sinclair. The letter is signed by the Inspector of Police, D Cummings. Received at District Office, Napier on 24 February 1931.

To: Food Depot, dated 28 February 1931, on a Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board form numbered 612, for £1 worth of food tickets.
