Plan of the balance of the Maraekakaho Estate, to be sold at auction, consisting of areas from 25 acres to 800 acres is to be auctioned on Tuesday February 18, 1930. Dalgety & Co and De Pelichet, McLeod & Co are to be the auctioneers.
The estate, for which there are two plans - the valley & the main portion, lie about 12 miles from Hastings and 20 miles from Napier, which comprises easy hills of limestone formation and large areas of ploughable land.
Twenty two land lots with area sizes are noted, seven of which border the Ngaruroro River.
Mrs Fountaine's property borders lot 9 and 12.
