Brief Description
Map, Napier land lots in the Central Business District area. Sheet XXI.
Land lots and area sizes and streets are shown in the Beach Road, Hastings Street, Dickens Street and Munroe Street area.
A foundry is noted on the corner of Hastings Street and Raffles street, The Union Bank is at the corner of Hastings Street and Emerson Street and the Water Works are at the corner of Dalton Street & Raffles Street.
The Wesleyan Church is between Emerson street & Dickens Street.

No date evident, but St John's Cathedral was built in 1888 and is not shown on any of these plans.
