Brief Description
Map, Napier land lots in the Corunna Bay area. Sheet XI.
Land lots and area sizes and streets are shown in the Corunna Bay, Hyderabad Road, Ahuriri Lagoon, Spencer Road and Park Road area.
The hospital reserve is next to Spencer Road and Park Road. The boundary of the borough borders the railway line next to Hyderabad Road.

No date evident, but St John's Cathedral was built in 1888 and is not shown on any of these plans.
