To be sold by public auction on Tuesday February 18, 1930 at the Municipal Hall, Hastings. Hoadley, Son & Stewart, Dalgety & Co Ltd, Murray, Roberts & Co Ltd are the auctioneers.
The plan shows land lots with area sizes, which lies about 12 miles from Hastings and 20 miles from Napier, comprising hills of limestone formation and large ploughable areas.
Six blocks border the Ngaruroro River and Mrs Fountaine's property adjoins several other land lots for sale. A dam exists on lot 7 with water races flowing through various other land lots.
