Brief Description
Letter of commemoration of Hawke's Bay earthquake. The envelope has a stamp which was issued in 1981 to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the 3 February 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake. The postmark depicts the Conference on Large Earthquakes which was held in Napier on the 3 February 1981.
