Sketch plan of the the Washpool Estate and other freehold properties in the estate of the late H J H Glazebrook, which is to be sold at auction in Hastings on Thursday November 6, 1924. Dalgety & Co Ltd and Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd are to be the auctioneers.
Three small plans of land blocks showing area sizes are included:
1) Mangateretere - consisting of 92 acres is situated 3 miles from Clive Township and 4 miles from Hastings.
2) Simla Estate - 4 acres, situated approximately 2 miles from Havelock North, adjoining Simla avenue and Franklin Terrace.
3) Washpool Estate - 2,825 acres, formerly a portion of the Maraekakaho Estate is situated 10 miles from Hastings and 22 miles from Napier.
